Only real issue was the listing offered a private boat launch and the key happened to be lost in the mail so our boat launch was unavailable to use which forced our group to use the extremely busy public boat launch 18 minutes away. The host did refund $100 to my account for inconvenience. I feel this was an avoidable problem because we booked months in advance and had conversations with the host about...
