"This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"The rental did not have a king-sized bed as advertised. (I even specifically asked beforehand and was reassured that it did.) There weren't any hot mitts or kitchen towels. Two of the bedrooms are missing blinds and the sprayer for the kitchen sink does not work. Upon arrival we found a bottle of Advil propping open the window in the bedroom with bunk beds. This is unsafe since we had young children with us. The amenities mentioned spices and a baby gate, but those could not be found....

"My family always goes up to Maine/New Hampshire this time of year, the location of the house is great! 40 minutes to Fryeburg/Conway NH and only 5 mins to center of Naples. Would def rent again, ple th of space for the 3 families (5 adults, 5 kids) "
