"I live in Oregon but grew up and went to college in Maine. I rented Peter and family’s place a few weeks ago to spend some family time with my parents and brothers and my college friend. This was my favorite southern Maine VRBO rental. Beautiful, spacious and clean and we had an amazing time staying here. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and amenities. "We LOVED this condo! Tim was the most gracious host we've ever met and the condo far exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in early and Tim called the day before to inquire about anything we might need ahead of time. The location is in walking distance of everything you need, having access to the dock was so convenient and the VIEW.....watching the boats go by in the channel was relaxing. The condo itself had everything you need and if not, Tim would get it for you :) Fully stocked, clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend."

"As a family of four with two teens, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). We hiked Rattlesnake mountain, took walks to explore the Songo river locks and Sebago Lake state park (in total about a 7 mile walk from this cabin), (Songo Lock was one of the 28 locks built for the canal, and provides a major transit point between Sebago Lake and Brandy Pond, the southernmost portion of Long Lake.) We went to Brother Flecker's for Karaoke and their smoked wings were fabulous. We explored Captain Jack's Marina and also were able to check out Gary's Pub, which also has family Sunday night karaoke. The cabin has many towels and beach towels. Kitchen was great, and since we were there in mid August, the area was quiet and chill. Everything is definitely in walking distance, with also the grocery store with package store and pharmacy less than one mile away, very convenient. Overall, would we go back? Absolutely!"

"Really cute, comfortable cabin. Clean. Decorated with a designer eye. (Only downside is the Wi-Fi wasn't really connected to the internet at the time of stay but cell signal sufficed.)"

"Positives were that the inside of the house was very clean and neat and the furniture seemed new. However, the house was dark and the downstairs always seemed damp.The decor was bachelor pad vibe. We knew there was no stove, but the "kitchen" sink was tiny. The yard was really unattractive - there's a separate building on the property that an eye sore and the fire ring looked like a trash burning pit. We could find no access to nearby Trickey Pond except a public boat launch that you'd have to drive to. Surrounding properties were ugly."

"We had a good week at the house with a large screened-in porch, small beach, and dock with kayaks. It had a large, modern kitchen while retaining its Maine cottage charm."
