"The worst hostel experience in my life. Booked an entire room for 4 people via Expedia website in August at an attractive price. The next day reconfirmed this with the hostel administrator (have a proper correspondence). Called a few days before the arrival. All was good. At check-in, the rood Chinese receptionist barely speaking English told my friends that the price that we paid is actually for 1, and not for 4, when the booking was clearly indicating 4. "Not only are the glass apartments very luxurious and have an amazing hot tub and sauna but you get to lie in bed and watch the Northern Lights. I think it would be a good idea to provide guests with eye masks because the daylight can wake you very early."
