"We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is near the Sapporo station. If you have large suitcases, it would be a challenge rolling them on the pavement. You should not miss the wonderful breakfast. It is a good Japanese spread and uses local produce. We spent 3 nights here as an introduction to Sapporo. The double bed was placed against a wall so one of us getting in/out is rather inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay here."
