"Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the 7-minute walk to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was simply heavenly—delicious and satisfying every morning. The onsen was immaculate and so relaxing, a perfect way to unwind. We would definitely return in the future! If there’s one thing we wished for, it would be more washer/dryer units to accommodate guests more efficiently. Thank you!"

"New, clean, well equipped property at a convenient location. Love the free hot drinks offered at the lounge especially during the exceptionally chilling days in late April. But it’s a bit weird to find the “progress” of the cleansing work of the whole floor displayed on the TV when we were back to our room. I had concern on the privacy and security as the occupancy of different rooms were clearly stated. Pls consider to show only the status of the room concerned. Anyway, we enjoyed our 5-night stay. "

"The location is unbeatable if you are coming or leaving by JR train. If you are arriving late or don't feel like traveling out, the mall attached to it has plenty of good restaurants. The check-in staff, housekeeping and every staff you meet in the hotel are impeccable, helpful and detailed. We always spend a few nights at the local JR Tower hotels in the cities we visit. "
