"Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins."

"It was close to a mall and the Sapporo Convention Center. The best thing was it was steps away from the subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities. Wouldn't mind booking the property again. "

"The hotel is new, just one year old, with good facility and very comfy bed. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast service is excellent as well. It is off the city centre but it is right opposite sapporo factory so dinner is not a problem."

"Arrived on heavy snow, and the moment we stepped into the hotel, staff handed towels for us to dry. Room is decent size. Walking distance to Sapporo Station, 5 min walk or less and lots of food choices around. Hotel has an onsen, so added bonus. Good location and good hotel. Everything you need is provided for. "
