"The unit was fine, well located within the complex, great view, well stocked, and a shuttle to and from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, it's great. But if you want to surf, snorkel, zip, tube, etc. those things are far."

"Loved to be in front of the beach. The house was in very good-to-excellent condition. There was no AC in the living area and it was too hot at times. There were too many switches that took us a while to figure out. We had a great time and would go back. "

"Beautiful location and layout of property. Easy access to the beach with some tide pools. The infinity pool on the property was a big hit. We felt very safe and secure in this location. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. Very walkable to town with shops and restaurants."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful new home on the beach. Our family of 13 truly enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool. We hired an amazing chef for two dinners and rented golf carts to get around. We highly recommend this home for your family vacation. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The villa was perfect for our family. It was steps from the beach, clean, comfortable, and everything was just as advertised. The hosts were very responsive."

The rooftop patio was nice to relax on with very comfortable furniture. They also had beach chairs that we could use which was very handy. Would love to stay here again. "

"This was our 3rd visit to 412b. We’ll be back. Appreciate that they’ve upgraded the cooking pots and pans. We had everything we needed this time. Even enough toilet paper for the whole visit! Small things go a long way to making these travellers happy. 😁 The only thing that we would have found useful is a how-to guide for the stovetop and tv. Really beautiful accommodations and fun group of other travellers in the complex. Very much looking forward to our next visit. "

"Villa Ocaso did not disappoint! Spent a week with friends at this absolutely stunning property in beautiful Playa Flamingo. The wonderfully private villa was well appointed with many nods to Costa Rica's rich history. From the moment we stepped off the plane our every need was met. Everyone from the Property manager to the transportation company, housekeeper, and chefs were amazing. We also opted for some additional services which were absolutely fantastic. This property is a must stay!...

"The house is spectacular and the location is perfect, two minutes by golf cart to the beach club and backing directly into the golf driving range. The two larger bedrooms are beautiful the third is adequate and the living, kitchen and dining area is great."
