"We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "

"This was the perfect rental for a grandparents trip! I mean we were steps from the beach and pool and there were monkeys in the trees! The villa is spacious and well designed. "This was our 3rd visit to 412b. We’ll be back. Appreciate that they’ve upgraded the cooking pots and pans. We had everything we needed this time. Even enough toilet paper for the whole visit! Small things go a long way to making these travellers happy. 😁 The only thing that we would have found useful is a how-to guide for the stovetop and tv. Really beautiful accommodations and fun group of other travellers in the complex. Very much looking forward to our next visit. "

"Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book."

"Villa Ocaso did not disappoint! Spent a week with friends at this absolutely stunning property in beautiful Playa Flamingo. The wonderfully private villa was well appointed with many nods to Costa Rica's rich history. From the moment we stepped off the plane our every need was met. "Fabulous vacation home! Chef’s kitchen overlooking the Pacific to cook your fresh seafood. Wonderful beds/ linens. Huge patio overlooking the bay. Gorgeous gardens and monkeys visited our patio in the trees just outside. Lots of delicious restaurants nearby and the resort restaurant was great as well.
