"It's the 2nd time we stayed here and noticed they have renovated the place and it looks brighter now. The bathroom don't have anything to hang towels and clothes. Overall room is ok. Like the location conveniently located near Ximending and Ximen station. But the most horrible experience was when I went to the common toilet on the ground floor near the restaurant, the toilet bowl was choked and filthy water was overflowed from the toilet bowl onto the floor."

"The room is extremely dark even with all lights in. Staff are professional in a way but they are definitely not consider as "friendly." Also, they are extremely pricy, so with a rate like what they offer, I would choose their neighbor, same building, similar pricing, less luxurious but definitely more welcoming and comfortable "

"Liked location, view, modern, staff, cleanliness. All excellent. Only issue i had was checking out which you do through their app. I had paid Expedia up front by visa, so my final bill was zero. However, the app requested my card details because they hadn't been previously verified. I didn't likk this, no option to ignore, and think this is a security issue."
