"Cool experience staying in the capsule. The main downside compared to a traditional hostel is that I didn't see my roommates at all - everyone gets into their capsule and there's little interaction. It could have just been the people that were there at that time, but I think a capsule is great if you're looking for privacy and not so good if you're looking to interact with fellow travellers. "From start to finish, this was a great stay. I was picked up from the airport by the hotel's limousine service. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was incredibly clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing, friendly, and they did a great job. Check-out was also quick and seamless and I received a ride back to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again."

"We travelled to Taiwan Taipei in March 2025 and stayed about 10 days in Madison Hotel. As soon as our taxi approaching the main entrance, the door man was out helping us with the luggage. The front desk was very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. The most important thing is that it was quiet in the room even though the hotel is on a busy street. The price is reasonable compares to the other same stars hotels. I can see why this hotel is a Michelin Guide recommended. I will stay there again next time when I go back to Taipei."

"Great experience staying at the Regent. Service was excellent and very welcoming. Taxi service very convenient. Mattress seemed firm but I slept great. They were doing construction during the day a few floors up but it was hardly noticeable apart from the first day when we were napping due to jet lag."

Quality Taipei Accommodation

"I enjoy when everything works, everything is clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Therefore I enjoyed this place. Very simple My only qualm is that any hotel that charges its laundry by the item is really pushing it. Actually priced by item isn’t the issue. Outrageously pricing each item is the issue. I’m not even sure if this laundry service is affiliated with the hotel or separate but they could always find a reasonably priced one. It costs more to do laundry here than in NYC. Other than that, lovely spot."
