"We arrived early and had to pay an additional amount to secure an upgraded room immediately. Windows from outside on 11th floor were dirty distracting the sea view. In the spa, steam room was not working and no hot water in the spa facilities. This was reported to the staff but was the same on a subsequent visit"

"My first time visiting Qatar with my fiancé. Our stay at the hotel was amazing and the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The service was impeccable and the hotel was clean and smelled wonderful with their native incense. The breakfast and supper buffet were so tasty with their cultural foods and the atmosphere was one were you take your time and enjoy the food prepared for you it was an amazing stay and we were sad we had to leave. We recommend this hotel to any travelers looking to go to Doha "
