"Beim Check In wurde weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen. Ein Laecheln war nicht drin, eine Wegbeschreibung nur nach Nachfrage und mit einem Gesichtsausdruck zum fuerchten. Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. Der Check Out war ebenfalls einsilbig/einwortig mit "Danke", als ich auf der Liste gefunden wurde. Kein "Hatten Sie einen guten Aufenthalt?", nichts. Auch wenn das Apartment an sich nett ist,...

"Sehr schönes Appartement, klein aber fein und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Wechselstube bei Bedarf ecta.ist vor Ort. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, steht gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Schade das der Weg zum Strand etwas weit ist, man benötigt min. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Swinemünde ist herrlich, wir würden wieder kommen. "

"Die Wohnung war an sich super ausgestattet. Alles war da, was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Auffallend war der angenehme Geruch, als die Wohnung betreten wurde. Der Check-in war nicht ganz so toll. An der Rezeption konnte man sich nicht gut verständigen, da nicht so gut deutsch gesprochen wurde, was aber im Ausland auch nicht Voraussetzung ist. Es wurde aber nur ein Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und ein Zettel, auf dem 2 Adressen standen. Also musste man gucken, wo man überhaupt hin muss....

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

Totally recommended

"Everything regarding this apartment is perfect. The location is comfortable as it is located not far from the ferry station, there are 2 supermarkets right near the building and the main beach is in a 15-minute walk distance. Also all necessary facilities were included and all of them were in a good condition: washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full set of kitchenware. There even was a special wind guard for windy days at the beach. The apartment is clean, well maintained and pleasant to stay in. This was my second stay here and I will definitely look for it in case of new stays in Świnoujscie."
