"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Although I was on business and did not have time to enjoy the Spa facilities or pool more than twice in my stay I enjoyed the pool when I used it. Many people may not realise that behind the hotel is a fabulous maritime forest which I have enjoyed in the past. The walk to the beach may be longer but my business was close by so this was ideal."

Es geht bei den Hauslatschen los, bei Sekt und Kaviar weiter und den Laptop auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch nicht mehr ( ist wohl dem Diebstahl geschuldet ) aber mit der App war nicht viel anzufangen ,die Infos waren sehr spärlich. Das Haus selber,die Lage ,das Personal,die Sauberkeit,die Qualität der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und entsprechen dem Ruf Ihres Hauses , ich werde Ihnen auch weiterhin treu bleiben. "

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. "Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot.
