"Beautiful, immaculate, spacious. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, generous breakfast. And an exquisite restaurant. All right on the seaside promenade. "

"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "

"The staff of H Hotel Lübeck are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Located next to the train station, the hotel is also located next to a hub for buses, and there are several restaurants and areas of interests that are within 10-15 minutes or less of walking time to the hotel. Though there is no onsite parking, the nearby lot is incredibly cheap and just about a minute‘s walk to the hotel. "A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us "

Great Hotel in an Under-Appreciated City

"This hotel is a great modern hotel not far from the city center. The top of the hotel is where you have an amazing breakfast in the morning and excellent dinner options at night while offering a great view from the eighth floor. Staff is great and parking is right there, though expensive. The room is clean and comfortable."

"There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch. It might feel a bit busy, but once you sit next to the window overlooking there beach, all is forgotten. The buffet offers all the trimmings and the omelette was just right. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
