Only slight loss of points was they had forgotten to refill our bath/shower supplies the first night, but we got some from the front desk and it was remedied the next day in the room. Also, be sure to modulate your shower pressure (water pressure is excellent), on full blast you will end up a wet bathroom floor. Dialing it back solved the issue. Overall great hotel!"
