"Great location since it was next to the Giralda tower and many restaurants were located around the area. Also walking distance to the tram station or bus tours pick up/ drop off stations. Comfortable beds and great AC unit. Hard to find an actual AC that really cools down the room in Europe. Very quiet rooms. Easy check in and they were very helpful booking tours at the reception for you. Rooms was clean but shower area needed some attention for mold"

"First time at a Barcelo. Lovely receptionist gave us an upgrade to a fabulous room and as a surprise after we returned to our room after a show, we had exquisite truffles with a chocolate dipped strawberry waiting for us. Perfect. Great porter with the coolest moustache I've ever seen. All the staff were polite and friendly - even the on-site cleaning lady with the exception of the concierge. I politely asked him to call us a taxi and he became aggressive saying it was not in his job description...

"The personalized and attentive, yet not overbearing, hospitality of this hotel made our stay here special. The rooms were lovely, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was great, having multiple places to sit both on each floor and the lobby, and enjoy natural sunlight coming through while waiting for the rest of our group. The bar area and the restaurant each had multiples rooms / areas which adds to the privacy and ambience. We would definitely stay here again."
