"Beautiful hotel. I had self check in and the entrance was cluttered...at first I had difficulty figuring out where and which door I was supposed to use to enter the hotel. Luckily with prior communication through WhatsApp, I re-examine the photo and finally figured it out. The hotel is gorgeous. Decor, quiet, beautiful location. I parked and had to walk about 10 minutes back to the hotel. Lots of unusual signage on the streets about parking... Proceed with caution. "

"I was told that parking in the subterranean lot was free but because I did not keep his ticket. It cost me 13 euros an extra walk to the hotel and an hour of time. He knew who I was when I came in. The parking attendant would not take credit card and not give me a receipt. He was belligerent and no person in the hotel to help."

"This is an amazing opulent and historic house with secluded gardens and pool where you can recharge. The cooking and wine were excellent as was Madames hospitality. One slight drawback is the bumpy ride on a track if you don't have a 4 by 4. Still value for money."

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "

"The gate to the property is hidden from the main road. It's opposite an industrial park. The private drive to the property is a dirt track and will take 10 minutes. It is only suitable for 4 x 4 cars and confident drivers. However, you can see plenty of rabbits and the odd owl along the way. The villa is looked after by a lovely couple, with a son who can talk a bit of English. They don't. They are on site and will help you navigate the use of the villa. "The old town of Carmona is like stepping into the past (in a good way!). In the middle though, is this excellent apartment. It has been renovated to keep the charm but is modern and clean and very tastefully decorated. It's not the easiest place to drive and park a car though. Overall, a great place to discover and enjoy Carmona and the Sevilla area."

"12 of us stayed in the fabulous villa for a week, primarily to attend a family wedding. The villa is very large and easily catered for us. The facilities are excellent, especially the stunning indoor pool/jacuzzi which is spectacular. Rafa was on hand if we needed anything and could not have been nicer.
