"We were in town for a soccer tournament. After the game we had hoped to order pizza in and hang out in the common space of the hotel lobby with our team. No intention of being loud, just a desire to watch the football game and eat before bed. The hotel staff present on site was extremely rude in this regard not allowing any sort of congregating or eating. Was a fascinating experience. Have never in all my years of coaching experienced a situation like it. "

"The establishment is clean, the staff were super friendly. One of the staff members gave me a tip on navigating my way back through Atlanta traffic. My refrigerator didn’t work and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The only down side was that I really wanted the food that went bad in the refrigerator! lol!!"
