"The room booked was a de-luxe double. I was also careful to ensure the double bed was not against the wall. the room given was 5m by 4m with the bed against the wall - hardly de-luxe. I went to reception and complained and, being fair, they sorted by offering a twin which was bigger and much better. it would appear care needs to be given to ensure the booking matches the room quality."

"It's right next to the Toyohashi station - in a sense, the entrance is inside the station property, as the hotel is managed by JR. Very high level of service, clean room and professional staff. I keep coming back to this hotel."

"It was a last minute booking for us but a surprisingly nice stay. Staff are young and energetic. Room is basic but good size and clean. We were surprised they had rice ball meal from 8-10 pm. Breakfast was excellent. "
