"Communication by the key holder by phone was impossible, they never answered phone . House was not as clean as I had expected . Bed linens didn’t fit the beds , only one duvet cover for a two duvet bed. Bathroom was a fall hazzard, floors stay extremely wet. It needs a shower curtain and no slip rugs for safety .
