"Communication by the key holder by phone was impossible, they never answered phone . House was not as clean as I had expected . Bed linens didn’t fit the beds , only one duvet cover for a two duvet bed. Bathroom was a fall hazzard, floors stay extremely wet. It needs a shower curtain and no slip rugs for safety . "I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about the location or the property. It is absolutely stunning. My only issues were with how it has been maintained by EuroParcs, to fix issues with the property that should have been addressed during the ‘final clean’ each occupant pays for. No one wants to go on holiday and have to call out cleaners, 3 times. Complain about having no internet, 3 times. Call out a plumber to unblock drains, fix broken sinks, unblock window drains and mop a flooded...
