"Excellent, friendly service from a phone call I made before check in to check in and check out. Staff were really friendly. The restaurant had lovely food and fabulous service. "I love this place for it's charm, location and uniqueness. My only complaint is they need a detailed dusting in the rooms. The corners and light fixtures have a buildup of dust. Also the tub is not bathworthy clean in my opinion. "

"Overall great experience, minus the bit of attitude from a guy at the beginning talking about parking ~ he was on a bit of a high trip and I did find him rude. He needs to learn you can talk to people and your customers in a better manner!! … other guy there with him was lively, so mannerly and helpful ~ maybe he could learn from him!! A beautiful hotel and would stay there again. 😌"
