"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

In town for a visit with family and found this was a delightful place to stay near Belbins grocery, a walk or hike in any direction, and 5 mins from downtown. Excellent night sleep - neighborhood was super quiet at night. I wanted for nothing during my stay."

"Great place. Walking distance to all the downtown stores, pubs, and entertainment. We even walked to Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi. Highly recommend. Host was helpful and friendly. Stocked with key items. Washer and dryer was a real plus."

"We hosted a family reunion at 4 Park Place of about 20 people who were gathering for a relative’s 100th birthday. It was an ideal setting — magnificent high-ceilinged rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, lots of room for multiple conversations throughout the day and evening. There were also excellent accommodations for a couple, two teenagers, and another adult. And the central location near Bannerman Park was highly convenient. Strongly recommended for large family events."
