"We booked this property because of its layout and decor, and also it’s proximity to the Harbour, Signal Hill trails, and downtown St. John’s. Our expectations were met a thousand times over! The layout and decoration of the house was so appropriate for our family. "We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"The house stunk. We washed the floors on arrival and there was dog hair all over. We opened windows for a week to get rid of smell. The patio area was disgusting and only had one chair and no bbq. None of the photos represented the house. The laundry area stinks"

"We had a fantastic time at this place. There was 4 of us staying there. Plenty of room and very cozy. Close to everything downtown we were able to walk around and see the sights. I had my girlfriend and daughter from Ontario with me, there first time in Newfoundland we really enjoyed ourselves.
