"It was good overall. However, there was no laundry soap to do a laundry, inconvenient with two small children. Also, we enjoyed having a yard where the children could play, but weren’t happy with the piles of dog poo we had to be aware of. It would have helped to have a dustpan and broom handy for after meal clean-up. These were small items that could be readily taken care of, and the property was close to both Lego Land and Peppa Pig’s World, as advertised. "

"Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive."

"My husband and I stayed here while working in the area. The home is certainly able to accommodate much larger family or groups comfortably. The home is set back from the road a bit and the u shaped driveway and landscaping makes it feel sfe and private. The view when you open the front door is stunning as you can see through to the insane lake view. The home is large wirh many sleeping options. Easy walking distance to the lake - or local shopping. My husband and teenager both enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend this rental. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address...

"We were a large group of 8 adults and needed someplace large enough that we could sleep comfortably, but also sit together in the home. This property delivered on all fronts. With amazing indoor and outdoor spaces we were able to enjoy our stay together. It was close to shopping, restaurants and lots of Tampa’s attractions. "Our daughter’s family just relocated to nearby Florida from overseas and the household did not arrive yet. We booked this location with enough space for everyone allowing us to fly there and see them after 18 months. We found the home very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool each afternoon. Rene reached out a couple of times to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. It was definitely a great experience. "
