"More like a boutique hotel - quaint. Check in lobby is actually on 3F. Walking distance to metro and bus lines, one stop from Seoul station, walkable to Namdaemun. Good food options nearby. Hallways are dark but location is safe. "

Its not a cheap hotel so expectation of the staff will be of a trained with friendly and professional disposition. "This hotel is in an amazing location. The staff was really helpful and attentive. Some minor amenities were not provided due to Korean law, but nothing to impact the stay. The rooms were very clean and relatively large for Asia. The layout of the bathroom was a bit odd. Overall this hotel was excellent for the price and the staff was great and helpful. Would recommend."

"This hotel is beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right outside the lake and next to the mall. The gym is very large and luxurious for a hotel gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean and welcoming but was on the small side .Complimentary water and soft drink in mini fridge was a nice touch . Bed was comfortable . However there were no power points / usb chargers on either side of the bed which made it a little inconvenient for those of us who likes to use phone /tablet in bed and charge at the same time . Overall we had a lovely stay . Hotel is in great location. "
