"The staff is friendly. I did not get free upgrade as gold member of Expedia. The room toilet has no bidet or washlet like other 5 star hotel I stayed in Korea. The elevator took unusual long time to come, a lot of times the elevator is so crowded. Very uncomfortable and Very inconvenient. "
