"This property has been totally updated from the pictures that were online. Extremely clean and on a lovely, quiet street. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. "I have never written a bad review before on my many travels, but this place was awful. When we arrived, we were shown construction adjacent to the “villa” which we had not been warned about. The AC was not working, the safe was broken, there were cracks in the ceiling and the bathroom tiles. The pool was not clean the sofa was dirty and had a partial covering which was unattractive. It was a small studio, not a villa. We left as it was not habitable and the property refused to give us a refund....

"The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a quiet setting. The perfect place to stay if you want quiet and respite. Communication was great and the caretaker very nice and accommodating. "Lovely accommodation, rooms set into the hillside with great views. Very spacious rooms, lovely large balconies, very clean & fantastic bed’s & linen. The layout of the grounds , restaurant, pool area & beach is so well blended together, so much thought in the design. Great options for breakfast & nice evening menu. We used the transfer facility to the larger hotel on Great Anse beach , stunning beach & hotel there to enjoy all there amenities. All the staff were exceptional & so helpful. Stunning "

"The Bay House is located in a lush and beautiful hill overlooking Grenada's bay. The decor and architectural design were elegantly chosen as a means of permitting the breathtaking views to shine, and justifiably so. The people of Grenada have always been extremely kind with me and the staff of the hotel were not the exception as expected.
