The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. "The apartment was really nice, clean and functional. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area, full of green and with really lovely and welcoming people all around. Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend."

"Our one bedroom apartment, the Ginger unit, was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed from a comfortable bed, air conditioner, hot shower, clean kitchen with necessary small appliances and cooking equipment and cold refrigerator. The host was attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back."

"I needed to find another apartment. The property was not as advertised. There were cracks on the stairs. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. There were debris on the side of the property. We couldnā€™t use the microwave because it smokes when in use, the refrigerator was cool and not cold. There laundry hanging in the laundry room"
