My stay at Bay House Hotel was excellent from the time I arrived. Lotten and her team were warm and welcoming. I stayed in room #5 so I had the perfect view of Grand Anse Beach and the beautiful sunsets. The room was immaculate, it gives a warm caribbean welcome home feel. Perfect for what I envision a caribbean stay should be. Anne, works as the hotel transport, very friendly and offers her services if you want to explore or tour other areas of the county. The only critique I have is with the "Continental Breakfast" which only offers a small plate of fruit and a bread basket. I felt as though as least the boiled eggs should be included. They do offer other menu items for a small add on fee. Also the beach shuttle should be available for other time slots (12-5 pm). I would definitely stay there again, Loved it!

Beautiful place, the view was magnificent. Although its close to Grand Anse area which is the busy, Bayhouse is a welcomed quiet and relaxation.The staff is friendly and very helpful..My husband an I enjoyed our stay...will definitely visit again.

Getting to the property was hazardous at best. The road was not wide enough for a moped much less a car. There was an "event" at the property when we arrived and so there was no parking and turning around was risking your life! We got in and they showed us to a room that literally had no window (the romantic suite). Since we didnt want to stay in a prision cell for the week we booked another hotel after we traversed our way back down the hill. A warning would have been appropriate for the location. It was not what was promised. They never offered to refund any of our money but at least we were able to find some place else. Definitely false advertising!!!

My stay at the Bay House was lovely the staff are more than welcoming ,upon arrival I was greeted with kindness hospitality is great staff are available 24/7 to meet your needs. The Bay House is definitely a place for you to wind down and relax it’s very quiet. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping do an amazing job in making sure your room is kept spotless and indeed comfortable. I believe each individual room would benefit from a fridge due to the ants some things can be helped but it would most definitely alleviate ants getting to your opened drinks there is an option of a shared fridge in the hallway if certain rooms apart from that the Bay House would be somewhere I would visit again thank you for a delightful stay it was much needed.

Absolutely stunning location and just the most amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and possible and well fed 🥲. Couldn’t thank the kitchen staff enough for accommodating our late arrival and our early breakfast requests! The staff at reception was super helpful and everyone was just so pleasant, polite and ready to help or assist with any and everything. Check in was a breeze and our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by us all especially the babies and the warm pool ❤️. I arrived in Grenada via sailboat just before Hurricane Beryl came sweeping in, and I had initially intended to stay on the boat, but it went from Cat 2 to Cat 4 overnight. So I decided to find lodging and take shelter on land. The staff was outrageously friendly and accommodating during my stay, even though I assured them that I wasn’t there to be waited on…just riding out the storm. Between reopening the kitchen to make me some food after shutting it all down and picking up some provisions at the supermarket for me, they were amazing. I hope to be back one day to enjoy the property for the “usual experience,” as they described it. Many thanks and lots of gratitude to the Bay House staff!

We loved our stay at the Bay House. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms, unique and clean. The pool and view were spectacular. We ate two dinners at the restaurant and were very pleased with the meals.
