"excellent cottage with wonderful idyllic feel. you can see cows nearby. But it is difficult to find with no reception. you have to contact the staff and arrange before you arrive. They will send you message also. View of your cottage is excellent. you are right at the valley and surrounded by mountains. Room is spacious and can accommodate more than 6 people and very suitable for family. "

"The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. There are only two plugs in the room, and their places are very odd, like behind the beds.. etc. Even...

"Mountain view pictures on website are real! it is that beautiful from the property. Excellent conditions and super friendly & helpful host(s). it's a bit off the main road (Military highway) so it's perfect! quiet yet just a 2-min car drive to everything. Definitely stay here next time we're in Kazbegi."

A cozy house with veranda and big yard, with the best view on Kazbegi mountain..

"Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple food. There were some issues with water not coming at some times in the afternoon due to construction in the street, but it was not really a bother because the host had made proper arrangements so that we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay! Will absolutely recommend coming back here for a comfortable stay in a beautiful area."
