"Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. "Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time.
