We were two families of two people each so the upstairs was one living area for my daughter and I and the 1st floor was another living area for second family. We met in the middle floor for meals and hanging out. Very clean and well taken care of"

"This property was the perfect house and location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. The home and surroundings are beautiful! Monica is a great host and very responsive to questions. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a bonus. She has a fully stocked kitchen!! Didn't need to travel with cooking dishes. I loved that everyone in our group had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The theater room was a hit with my boys. We will definitely stay here again!"

" Wonderful property! Easy to find from Apple Maps. There were 6 of us in our group (3 couples) and the layout of 2 queen beds and one king was perfect for us. There were 2 comfy sofas and one recliner in the living room providing enough seating and space for all of us comfortably. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils for cooking. "This house is very updated and open. The host is the best we have ever encountered. So easy to work with and so quick to respond and flexible. The spiral stairs are very difficult but the host told us about the outside stair case which is very sturdy and wide but it does require you to go outside to access these. The listing shows more full baths than there really are. There are 3 full baths and 2 half baths with a sink and toilet only. The back yard is wonderful and the view is great. Nice boat...
