"Overall the stay was great. The house was very clean and a very nice place to stay that will house a lot of guests. My only complaint would be that I know it’s listed that you need a 4x4 to get up the drive way but I think it needs to be more specific that this isn’t just when it’s snowing or such that this is needed. It’s all year round. It’s very hard to unload/load vehicles with the drive way like it is. You have to walk to and from the road to do this unless you risk driving up that super...

"The house was very clean and well furnished, with ample space for relaxation at the house and just a short drive from numerous attractions around the Hot Springs area. It was a fantastic house for a family with plenty of room for people to spread out, both inside and out. Our kids wanted to promise that we'd come back to this house in the future! "

"Loved the coziness of this 1934 home on the edge of a quaint preservation district. Loved the fact that we could walk to many things including a hiking trailhead to West Mountain, some nearby businesses, and even the Central Avenue bathhouse row (about a 25 minute walk). Home was well-furnished, beds were very comfortable. "

It was home base for visiting Hot springs national park and then going to Little Rock to visit presidential library and Central high school. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub.
