"Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff on every shift that i encountered were very friendly and welcoming and had great follow through on a few requests we had during our stay. "Time away exploring the fall leaves on a trip riding the Hatfield-McCoy trails. Parking held our truck, trailer and 2 side x side’s with no problem. House was very clean. Bed’s were very comfortable. Host was very responsive- she sent a video for the bypass route to help with the navigation. Giving 5 stars for this stay. Highly recommend "
