Great cabin, very clean and well maintained. The hosts are great people that are very attentive to any needs you may have. Highly recommend this location.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was very clean and the outside amenities were nice. Only downfall was the train being really close by and it was very loud when it went through at night
Had a wonderful weekend stay. Everything we needed for a great family weekend. BBQ grill and the fire pit kept is busy the whole weekend. Wifi was fantastic. Kristy was amazing as well. Knowledgeable of the area and gave us everything we needed.
The cabin was very nice with easy access and plenty of parking. Better than the cabin itself however were the owners. Kristy and her husband were so kind and helpful it was refreshing! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
We loved this little cabin, and had such a good time. It was super clean, and we loved being able to bring our fur baby with us. I had messaged the owners a question and within minutes had a response. Very quick to reply, very secluded which was also nice and I cannot stress the cleanliness! We will definitely be back.
Very well taken care of cabin trains took a little getting use too.the owners could not have been any nicer .if i go back to that area i will definitely contact them
We had such a great time riding and we loved going to a spot that had some privacy for us to unwind at the end of the night. We had plenty of room for our larger trailer which was a relief.
Kristy and Justin were amazing host and did a great job at making you feel as if this was your home away from home. Thank you times a million.
We had a great time. Stayed here because we came to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails. 15 min from the buffalo mountain trailhead. Alot of privacy. Very clean and up to date. Loved it.
Clean nice place. Should note railroad tracks across street. They didnt bother us too much but others might give a false (bad) review because of it. Hope to be back next month if its available
We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was small but very nice and quint. The trains that went by were fine during the day but not used to the noise at night. The owner of the cabin was very nice and quick to answer when we had questions.
Terrific cabin in a very scenic location. Owners couldn't have made us feel more welcome and we had a blast riding all the trails. The cabin is vey private and incredibly comfortable, and Justin and Kristy are true professionals. They out did themselves and we had an fabulous time. When you stay, be sure to get breakfast at the Panther Mart. A special thank you to Justin, Troy, and everyone else for the assistance. Can't wait to return.
The property is terrific. It is very private with great views. Plenty of room to park trucks and trailers. It has everything you need, TVs in each bedroom, a washer and a dryer. It is super close to the Outlaw trails. We stayed over the holiday weekend and did not see anyone on the trails. besides a couple of locals. We have already planned a return stay. There is a convenience store around the corner. The owners were very helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. Our hosts made it a wonderful experience and we could not be more grateful.
Justin and Kristy are such wonderful people! They made sure we knew how everything worked inside and even came over to give us a quick hello and ask if we needed anything. This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was so nervous! But thankfully, the place was beautiful and the yard was spacious! It sat on top of a hill, away from any prying eyes!
We really couldn’t have asked for a better first rental, with the sites and the fun activities nearby. Absolutely will be coming back! It was truly a wonderful get away from our day-to-day lives. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place out in the wilderness that still feels like home! And to any first renters, this place truly puts you at ease and the renters are wonderfully nice. Thank you for the experience!
We needed a place we could take our two boxer dogs. This cabin is brand new. It has Wi-Fi!!! And a smart TV. We brought our Amazon fire stick but if we had not we would just had to log in to the apps on the TV to access our accounts.
If you have AT&T you can forget any cell service in Mingo or Pike county. But at the cabin we could I-message and face time on the wi-fi.
Apparently Verizon works great there.
You are 5 mins from a dollar store in Lenore and about 15 mins from a Super Walmart in Belfry, Ky
The sun sets in the front of the cabin, so if you want to grill on the back porch the sun isn’t beating down on you.
Beds were great. Washer and dryer helped out and they had Tide in the cabin.
You are close to railroad tracks so you will hear a train. But you get used to it.
We loved the place and can’t wait to visit the cabin again. The owner lives down the hill and will assist you with any problem quickly.
She is one of the nicest owners of a VRBO we have used.
