"Location location location applies to this property. Very nice spot in great area. Property is clean but lacks attention to detail. Large space but lacks on the little things that makes your stay that bit better and would qualify for 5stars all over. Non coffee table, no little tables to put drinks on, lousy internet. Had to use my sim data. I would return for sure but a little more attention to the minimal things would add so much. "

"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). Another inconvenience for our travels was the washing machine was not working. When we called Bachcare they said they knew about this and therefore had not listed a washing...

It was a step back to 60/70s which suited our family perfectly, lots of memories of our Grandfathers home which made it extra special. "Awesome accomodation with amazing views of the lake and close to everything . The house is equipped with everything you need including games, kayaks and bikes for activities . Great stay if your brining along your pet with the property being fully fenced and located right up the road from the lake track. "The house was freezing when we checked in therefore cold for the rest of the night and stay because of insufficient heating and poor condition of the house. The main bedroom door doesn’t shut therefore you have to push a suitcase against it to stop it from opening The condition of the house is extremely poor. "Overall, a lovely place to stay. Would love to come back. In the spirit of just sharing thoughts ( ie we’re not complaining!): 1. I think the front gate needs a bit of attention … bit tricky to open & close (fine for us, but might be tricky for elderly) 2. One of the bedside lamps in the twin room was rather wobbly. 3. We thought not having blinds in the bathrooms was a bit odd. Fine for the 3 of us, but I doubt my wife and daughter would have been comfortable. Just a thought! "
