It is conveniently located to the expressway and has easy access to Home Depot and groceries for getting her set up. Staying here is much nicer than staying in a hotel for a week. This also gives us the convenience of having her stay with us if we need to do any major repairs on her place. All that said, this place was perfect for us. "This was a great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in The Villages over a long weekend. We had use of a golf cart, were close to Spanish Springs town square. The property was as advertised and expected, all the basics provided and very clean. Good value for the nightly price.The property manager checked in while we were there and was quick to respond to questions."

"Not what we originally booked, but after much negotiations with VRBO, we finally got a place to stay. It was a small efficiency and we booked and paid for a 1/1 cottage back in September. They sold the cottage and never let us know. We showed up on Sunday night, only to find out we had nowhere to stay for the week. Nightmare!"

"Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Disney. Great gated community and neighbours. Beautiful home, extremely clean, and stocked with all amenities. Amazing area and close to grocery stores, Walmart, and lots of excellent restaurants. Also Debby is an amazing host. I stayed at this house during Hurricane Milton and Debby checked in frequently to make sure we were safe and also offered to work with us should we have decided to leave early. I can't say enough about this...
