"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. "Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby.
