"Our recent stay at Hoa's Shed was anything but relaxing. The reviews and descriptions on the website were highly misleading. The place was filthy with spider webs and dust, and it took us two hours to clean it enough to sleep. The furniture was worn-out, and the outside furniture was very dirty and covered in bird droppings and mould. "This property is older but clean and tidy and very spacious. The only downside this stay was when I went to the reception to ask for washing powder for the laundry I wasn't told there was a $2 charge which I would happily paid, but the day after checkout I found we were charged on our credit card. Would have been nice to know."

"Excellent experience, beginning to end. Jenna at the front desk is a gem, and a true asset to this establishment. My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room).
