"This property is older but clean and tidy and very spacious. The only downside this stay was when I went to the reception to ask for washing powder for the laundry I wasn't told there was a $2 charge which I would happily paid, but the day after checkout I found we were charged on our credit card. Would have been nice to know."

My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room). "Great stay. Good price and location. There were a few bits of damage to the place such as curtain, cupboard door, deck fence etc. We took photos of everything just in case but would be nice to not have to worry about that sort of thing"

"Assigned parking went well. The property is nice and our apartment had a wraparound deck. When showering it’s possible to set off the fire alarm if it’s not aired out enough before leaving the bathroom door open, which is a large fee, but easy enough to abide by. The towels felt a little old? Slight smell and the style seems older. Bed is a bit uncomfortable as well. "
