"Quiet, cheap, clean hostel with good staff. Just gotta fix the elevator. Good kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed but creaky springs every time you roll over. A convenient location for transport around the city. One block from Union Square. I would stay here again. ps: Lime scooters won’t make it up the hill."

"This was my first time staying in a hostel and I can only hope that all my future hostel experiences are like this one! The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were super clean. I also really liked how the bathrooms were individual and not stalls, so it did give a bit of privacy. It’s in a very walkable area but there is also public transportation very close by. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted."

"This was even better than the pictures! You walk into the house and the living and dining area is open concept and all windows so all you see is the beautiful cypress trees and ocean view. "The stay was great except we lost the internet and cable for about 12 hours. Communication with manager was excellent; very responsive. The heaters are pretty weak.... had to turn them up to 'Hi' to keep warm. We stayed upstairs and managed but if anyone had even downstairs they probably would have been quite cold."
