"The property is gorgeous inside! Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Delia was a great host. The location is ideal to see old town and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was our first time visiting the area and it was perfect place to stay to see the main highlights. We took the train to Monaco for a day and that was very easy to do. I would definitely recommend this property."

"The location is great, just minutes from the airport, complete view of the beach/water. Just walk across the street and you’re in it! Large condo/apartment plenty of room. Super cool that the bathroom floor is heated! Little market just minutes a walk away. Bus line right in the front to take you down to the main area.Super great place!!"

"The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage."

"Street has multiple independent Butchers, fishmonger, grocers, cheese monger and Boulangerie. All excellent. Multiple bars within few mins walk. Balcony great to people watch. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Train station Nice riquier within 5-10 mins and multiple bus leave within 5mins. Host really helpful and flexible with check in/out."

"The apartment was very spacious and had multiple Juliet balconies which looked out onto the city. The apartment looked as listed and had everything we needed. The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. We also were not given toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Overall the apartment was fine but would not recommend if you plan to...

Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit. "
