Check in was a breeze- the house is super well stocked with everything you will possibly need. Such a fun place to stay to enjoy the rainbow river and surrounding area. We highly reccomned it!!"

"The house was very nice, well furnished, and immaculate. Quiet neighborhood not far from Rainbow Springs and downtown. Everything we needed was there, plenty of dishes, cookware, like being at home. Nice backyard although the only thing we did there was use the grill as it was a cold weekend.We didn't have much contact with Sunny, the host, as it wasn't necessary. We were sent all the details we needed before we arrived, and nothing went wrong.I highly recommend renting tis home if you want...

"My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us "

"Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk up to the front door the view is amazing! The check in process was easy peasy also! If their would of been an issue, they had an alternative eay to get in. (We didnt have to us!) As a Family of 5 we had ebough soace and enjoined our time with fishing, using the paddleboat, and just relaxing! I wish we had more time because their is just so much do in crystal river and we were close to everything! Definitely will be booking again next year! "

"We had nine adults staying for a week of kayaking at the nearby springs. Plenty of space for meals and game time at night. Living areas very adequate for this size group and home well equipped and very clean. Location very convenient to everything we needed and in walking distance to art gallery, garden and antique shops and restaurants. Great home!"

"This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay there again next year. It’s a lovely spot with a very romantic pool and patio area. If you are into kayaking, the community launcharea is very handy and easy to get in and out. Convenient to shopping and restaurants."

"This is a great location to site see for the manatees and the natural springs. There is not a big beach close by, there is a small park with a small beach which is nice but no pets allowed. Very good restaurants and live music close by. Very nice neighbors in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is nice with lots of room. Pool area is very nice too. Also a bonus that they allow your pet. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to that area."
