"This was our 3rd time staying at Three Bears and it was perfect as usual. The cabin is amazing. It’s in a great location (surrounded by woods) and only 15 minutes from Whiteface and about 30 minutes from Lake Placid. Will definitely be going back again."

"Our family of six had an amazing trip! The house was the perfect home base for exploring the high peaks region. We had four kids in the upstairs bedroom and it worked perfectly. Stove was warm and cozy. TV was great for a show for the older kids while the younger ones napped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property was fun for snowshoeing and playing in the snow. We will be back!"

"The location is so stunning and on a quiet road. There was lots of space to hangout outside which was perfect, especially hearing the loons on the lake in the mornings! The house itself was pretty basic, but cute and clean and fit our needs for a weekend of hiking. "

Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you"

"First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. "Looked for somewhere close to SUNY Plattsburgh to come in to visit our student at college, mainly to bring her dogs to see her, took a chance on the Blueberry Cottage and wasn’t disappointed. The location on the lake was beautiful. Was a little chilly when we went so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach or firepit, but I bet in the summer it would be amazing. "

"Thos,was a great rental. It was clean and had everything we could want. Mark & Corinne were wonderful hosts. Avaible for any questions and great to just have a chat with. Always asked if there was anything we needed and asked if there was anything they could improve on."

"This cabin is great. Location is perfect if you want a quiet outdoor vacation. Close to all outdoor activities. I would just replace the couch/futon. We took our dog and walked him on the roads around the area due to very little traffic. We will definately rent again."
