The complimentary breakfast could have been better. There was nobody available to fill up the stuff. The pancake machine was not working. With 2 kids aged 3 and 6 it is really difficult when there is no breakfast available. I pay for a specific hotel to have complimentary breakfast instead of going out to pay for breakfast.
