Our room was unexpectedly warm for the time of year, despite radiators being turned-down but there was already a good fan in the room to counter this. We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. Immediately below the Family Room!?!?!? The floor was literally shaking, which left us with 3 distressed children. A really appalling situation.
