"Great stay great cozy property "

"The amenities, cleanliness, decorative nature, comfort and availability of everything from shampoo to spices and cleaning supplies were beyond expectation. The location was easily within walking distance of the Sugar Mountain ski lodge, which was a blessing both when we went to ski and to walk back too, dead dog tired. The owner is absolutely sweet, caring and great to work with. Will dedinitely be back!"

"Great location to slopes. However, no trash receptacles to put trash in outside. There were bags of trash left from the previous guests in the bathroom and bedroom with nasty stinky diapers, which we had to take their trash and ours, drive to the nearest community dumpster and unload it, and of course the gate is locked on Sundays."

"2 friends getting together for quick getaway. The cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath which is perfect for privacy. It was clean and quaint. The location is within walking distance of everything we wanted. We were iced in for a day and half and hiked and explored the other day and half. I never felt like we were restless. It was a true R and R trip.The staff especially the manager Karen was always available and so friendly. Her recommendation of the Mint Indian Cuisine in Boone was spot on. Only 6...

"An extended Birthday weekend was needed for my lovely lady. After a quick review of the information and her approval we booked the over the top rental of this property. You will not believe what is there. Hosts are perfect and caring. We will be going back later this year and years to come. "

"We lived our stay here. Perfect for our family with young children. Loves the area upstairs for kids and of course the basement too. We loved the view and enjoyed a little winter storm our first night and woke up to snow the day we left. Would definitely come back. "

"We wanted a ski in ski out property and this fit the bill perfectly. We had 2 small girls that were brand new skiers, so we wanted to be on an easy slope. The house is definitely an older home, but the setup was great to bring the whole family! It was well stocked , which was very nice. The kids were already making sure we would get to go back next season! Loved the walk in basement where we were able to take gear on and offand easily store it. "
