"We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Remont Hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a clean and comfortable family room with a double bed and a single and an en-suite. We were on the top floor and there are no lifts so something to be mindful of when booking. Not a problem for us though. The overall cleanliness was good. Some parts of the room need a bit of tlc due to wear and tear but nothing that put us off our stay. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Hot buffet and cold options and plenty to choose from. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. Location was brilliant for us, we spent a couple of days exploring Oxford so we parked at the hotel and caught the bus into the city. It’s just a 15 minute journey and cost £8.50 for a family daily pass. There’s also the park and ride a short 5 minute drive away and that’s only £5 to park and get a return to the city and back. We would highly recommend the Remont, thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Very friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay ….room was spotless as was the public areas of the hotel …..it’s just a shame that other residents staying in rooms nearby didn’t respect others at 3am in the morning when they returned quite drunk from their night out !!! I would suggest a Polite notice asking folks to Respect other residents when they return after certain hours !!!????? Otherwise we enjoyed out stay !!!!!!"
