"Nana Vida is located in a wonderful colonial hacienda with open courtyards and is super charming. From the moment we entered the staff went above and beyond accommodating us. Luz who greeted and checked us in couldn't have been more attentive. She never failed to ask if things were satisfactory and if we needed anything. Our room was clean, spacious nicely appointed and quiet. We will definitely stay here again when in Morelia. "

"It is indeed a great hotel. But it does need a profound renovation in all areas. The pool is unavailable and so the tennis court. Nobody made me aware of this before and during booking not to mention at check-in. The staff is great! I will think twice before coming back again. So sorry for this wondeful hotel. "
