"This the best hotel in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and the property is very beautiful and tranquil. Overall my room was wonderful and the best part was the shower! I have 2 suggestions that would make the hotel even better. First, there were many Americans staying at the hotel, however the TV only has one English speaking channel. Please offer more English speaking channels. Also, I stayed in a suite. It had no iron or steamer. This needs to be corrected. All rooms should always include an iron or steamer. Otherwise, it was perfection "

"The hotel is a very beautiful colonial building with lots of charm and wonderfully Mexican. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower. Staff was helpful and congenial. Location is great, right across the street from the Zocalo. I would/will stay there again... "
